Fees & Payment

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to new clients. Our consult will help determine if we’re a good fit and allow you to ask any questions about me.

I accept payments by Interac e-transfer or credit card payment and provide receipts by email.

Many private insurance companies will cover psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker. I encourage you to consult with your insurance provider before booking your first session.

My rate is $150 per 50-minute session. I have limited sliding-scale (reduced fee) spaces for clients who would otherwise be unable to access therapy.
